DIY Hanging Lights & Pictures
Hello everyone! I hope you all had an amazing spring break. If you haven't had yours yet or currently or on your, or just looking for something to do this is the project for you. It's a great way to spice up your room and it so much fun to create.

What you will need:

  • Clothespins to hang your pictures
  • String lights (Christmas lights)
  • Pictures of your choice
  • Something to hang you lights from; nails, screws etc.
  • Hammer or screwdriver to put nails or screws in place

  • Put nail or screw at the starting place of the lights you will be hanging on your wall
  • Depending on how you want your lights to look you may need more or less than you think
  • Hang the lights on each nail until all the lights are hung
  • Put your clothes pin on the lights and slide on picture in place
  • Keep this going until you are satisfied with how it all looks
I really loved the idea of this decoration. It's a lot more fun to make than a lot of other bedroom DIY's. Everyday you can look at the pictures hanging on your wall and remember all of the good memories you have had. Plus you can always change the pictures which is one of the many reasons that I like it. It never has to stay the same. You can add any personal touch. The more pictures the better and more personalized it looks.
This would be a fun project to do with your friends and you can all bring the pictures you have together. It is so cool to look at when you turn the lights off and it will give your room a more warm and welcoming feel to it. Even if your room is relatively small this DIY will make your room look more open and bright. It's not a seasonal piece either so you can have it up all year.
Have you ever tried this DIY before? If so please let me know if you have any tips and tricks to make this an easier project to do. I haven't done this to my room yet but when I have time I am definitely adding this piece to my room. Hopefully you have a lot of fun with this project and make it look like your own!
